ZeroBite certifies organizations whose entire team passes an AwareShark simulation without a single bite: zero phishing emails accepted as legitimate. Three levels, public verification and 12-month validity. Results are computed on our server, case by case — nobody can dress them up.

0% is the constant. The bar is what rises.
Every level demands zero bites. What sets each apart is how hard the cases were, how many people participated, and how long the result was sustained.

Rulebook v1
The rules that make the seal worth something
A certification that's easy to earn is worth nothing. ZeroBite is designed so that displaying it means something.
- What counts as a bite? A participant rules a phishing case as "legitimate" during the certifiable simulation. Scoring happens 100% server-side and cases are served without revealing answers: the result is auditable and cannot be manipulated.
- Minimum sample. At least 20 participants or the level's staff percentage, whichever is greater. Scope can be a business unit or site — and is stated on the certificate.
- We pick the cases. The set comes from a difficulty-calibrated case bank. The client knows the level, never the cases.
- Supervision. Great White and Megalodon levels run with a consultant present (on-site or remote).
- Failed attempts stay private. If someone bites, nothing is published: the company gets its report and improvement plan, and may retry after 60 days. Maximum 2 attempts per level per 12-month period.
- Automatic expiry. Every certification expires after 12 months. Its status (active / historical) is visible in the public registry.
Note: ZeroBite is a private seal by Megalodon Cybersecurity — not an accreditation by an official body. What it is: verifiable training evidence backed by server data, useful for ISO 27001 audits, your cyber-insurance policy and data-protection compliance.
